The Isaiah Timothy Quartet with Special Guests
Our first installment of the Autumn Season of ReSoundings features the very talented Isaiah Gethers and The Isaiah Timothy Quartet presenting Freedom Speech.
Gethers is one of the most promising young jazz drummers to emerge from Buffalo's current music scene. He has become well known among Western New York musicians for his versatility, mature musicality, and work with many of the area's leading jazz artists.
He is part of a wave of younger Buffalo jazz musicians who are helping sustain the city's long jazz tradition while bringing fresh influences from conservatories and contemporary jazz scenes back to Western New York.
