Guarantee/ Return Policy
If an item has been damaged in transit or is defective, call the Museum Store or email Monday through Friday during the store hours. We will provide instructions for the return. The time frame is 30 days from date of shipment for Burchfield Penney to acknowledge your claim.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from time of shipment for store credit only. All shipping and handling charges involved with the purchase and/or return of the item is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Primary shipping method is UPS Ground, orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be sent via US Postal Service. Allow 48 hours for processing on each order, for other special delivery needs please contact the Museum Store 716-878-3595 for assistance.
