"Optimally, an exhibition of my reflections upon my subject matter - the filmic enterprise- would include: markings, drawings of pre-filmmaking thought (time coded color drawings or "scores for films" for films); the film, as temporal projection, generated from the pre-filmic thought notations; and, the frozen Film Frame Series, wherein actual filmstrips taken from the projectable film, are cut and arranged vertically, side by side in a serial progression beginning on the left and ending on the right sandwiched between sheets of clear plexiglass and suspended in front of an illuminated white surface..."
