Note: You can bring a 6-inch drawing or painting of your own for inspiration, AND your glass work will be brought to the artist's kiln for firing, participants will come back to the Center to pick up their fused artworks the following week.

About the Workshop

Create with fused, kiln-formed glass by exploring color and light. Participants will build their own design on a 6-inch clear glass fusible panel using glass bits, nuggets, frit (crushed glass), glass noodles, and stringers to build a colorful glass composition. Participants can bring a 6-inch drawing or painting of your own to use as inspiration. Sister Kelly will begin the workshop with how the process works. After the works are completed, the instructor will be transporting the glass works back to her studio to fire in kilns. The artwork will be ready for pick-up at the Center the following week.
