Perpetua, produced in Italy, is made with a new material composed of 80% upgraded recycled graphite, recovered from industrial waste. It is long-lasting and, thanks to its uniquely designed flat side, will not roll off surfaces. It does not break if dropped; it can be sharpened but also writes without a tip. The eraser and the writing part are co-injected without the use of any glue. 

Our version is branded with the Center's name and is affixed to a card with a rubber band that can be used to attach to a journal or sketch pad. The card features the Burchfield Penney Art Center, designed by Gwathmey Siegel  & Associates, 2008.
